These terms and conditions are provided by CLASSIC BLINDS & INTERIORS LIMITED (referred to as 'us', 'our' or 'we' in these terms) and set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website.

 

Classic Blinds & Interiors Limited reserves the right to close any or all the site at any time and to amend or correct any site content, with or without prior notice. Therefore, you should review the terms and conditions each time you use this site.

 

Classic Blinds & Interiors Limited does not accept any responsibility for any material placed on or linked to the site by any person or persons without authorisation.

 

ADMINISTRATION AND OWNERSHIP OF THIS SITE

This site is owned and administered by Classic Blinds & Interiors Limited registered in Ireland Reg number 567340. When using this site, you agree to the terms and condition imposed in this document, any non-acceptance of any of the terms and condition, automatically revokes your rights to use this site.

 

PAYMENT

Once payment of the total order price of the goods ordered is received and Classic Blinds & Interiors Limited acceptance subject to available goods, then a legally binding contract with us comes into existence.

If for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you by e-mail using the e-mail details provided at the time of ordering.

The price quoted at the order confirmation stage will include all applicable taxes.

 

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT BY YOU

Once your order enters production and because all orders are made specifically for your requirements, we cannot offer a refund. If you wish to cancel your order, contact Us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order. We will inform you whether we have been successful able to cancel you order. If there is an agreement to cancel you order, we will refund all amounts deducted from your credit / debit card.

 

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to terminate the contract between us if

Unable to supply the goods due to stock shortages and there is no acceptable substitute product.

Pricing errors on our website due to either incorrect data or human error.

None of our approved carriers can deliver to your area.

Non approval by debit or credit card Company of your payment.

Please note that in this rare situation we will notify you as soon as it come to our attention and a refund of all amounts deducted will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.  CLASSIC BLINDS & INTERIORS LIMITED  will not be under obligation to offer any additional compensation in these circumstances.

 

OUT OF STOCK

If there is a delay with your order, we will inform you as soon as possible of the new expected delivery date and where applicable also suggest a replacement product. We do not accept any liability for delays, which are a result of any third party.

 

MEASUREMENT / PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

As we manufacture to the measurements provided by You, it is imperative that you measure accurately. We cannot accept returns as a result of incorrect measurement provided by You. You are advised to consult our measure guidance page. “How to Measure”

Although we do our best to match exactly any samples or details of our products any slight or immaterial variations will not give rise to any entitlement to cancel or reject the order nor entitlement to compensation.

 

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We will deliver your order to the address provided at the time of ordering; delivery of goods is subject to a standard delivery charge.

Once delivery is made to you all the risk pass to you, and we are not liable for their loss or destruction.

 

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership and risk of the goods will pass to you once the goods have been delivered to you. We will only accept ownership of goods returned to us once we have received the goods.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If for some rare reason the goods are faulty please contact us immediately by e-mail detailing the defects, we cannot be held liable to you unless we are notified within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If the goods are defective and with our agreement, we will arrange collection of the goods from you and will either where applicable

 

Repair the goods and return to you Free of charge or Replace goods.

Arrange a full refund provided the goods have not been modified or damaged due to negligence.

If it is discovered that the goods are not defective or have been modified in any way your right to a refund will be voided.

 

LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you for an indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising from delay in deliveries or faulty goods and we shall have no liability to compensation except to refund to you amounts received by us for the goods in question.

 

DAMAGE DURING INSTALLATION DUE TO NEGLIGENCE

Classic Blinds & Interiors Limited does not accept liability for any damage caused to window recesses during installation due to excessive force been used to tighten clamps or due to substandard window recess in buildings.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These provisions (terms, conditions, disclaimers and exclusions) shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. If any of these provisions are deemed or found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then the provision or provisions so found shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

LANGUAGE

The only language in which an order may be placed and accepted is English.
